You can request deletion of your Collado account and all associated data at any time.
Send an email to alen366@gmail.com from the email address or with the username associated with your account, with the subject line "Delete my account".
We will permanently delete your profile information, uploaded videos and files, and chat messages. Records legally required to be retained (such as completed payment records, for accounting/tax purposes) may be kept in an anonymized form.
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt. You'll receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
